Giving myself anxiety.
So far this shingles thing hasn’t been so bad. But everyone says it’s really horrible, so I keep waiting for it to just get worse.
But it’s been pretty much a dull pain that’s manageable with advil and sometimes an ice pack.
But what if it’s still coming. I’m planning on going to work tomorrow, but I JUST WORRY OKAY.

I often do this thing, where I read scary things between about 6:30pm and 1am (normally I go to bed way earlier than that but tonight I’m still awake at 12:42). Everything is then fine until the rest of the house is asleep and then I’m like, shit what if something pops out of the wall and kills me with an axe/scary powers/its teeth.
